Do not remove 'Linux bootable disk' tool when uprading to 'Win PE' version

Upgrading Easus Partition Manager 8.0.1 GATO to the version which has the Win PE boot disk removes the Linux boot tool. The Linux boot tool can partition a system disk whereas the Win PE boot disk cannot.
